Our Fees

We keep the whole process and our fee structure as straightforward as possible, making selecting your mortgage a stress free experience.

During an initial, no-obligation meeting, we will discuss your requirements and collect information from you. We will look at the current range of mortgages and rates available across the market. It will also be an opportunity for you to ask any questions you may have.

After this meeting we will confirm our fees to you in writing.

If you decide to go-ahead with an application, using the information we collected at our initial meeting, we will research the market and send our recommendations in writing, so you can choose the most appropriate option.

Your home may be repossessed if you do not keep up repayments on your mortgage.
